In the paper (Duchs et al. 1991), devoted to analysis of the stochastization of magnetic field lines, the danger of 'computer chaos' was emphasized. The 'computer chaos' arises in the process of numerical solution of corresponding Hamiltonian equations due to 'accumulation of phase shifts'. As a result, it becomes impossible to determine which part of chaos is intrinsic to a system and which is caused by numerical errors. In order to improve standard numerical schemes the authors suggested a sophisticated method which includes the grid calculations with subsequent spline interpolations. Esterkin points out that the same goal can be achieved in a very simple and more natural way if one makes use of the idea suggested by Esterkin and Piliya (1992).
