Plasma confinement in a multi-baseball system

Plasma confinement along the field lines in a system of serially interconnected non-adiabatic baseball-type traps with absolute minimum B is considered. It is shown that it is possible to get diffusive flow along the axis of such a system. The confinement time is proportional to N2, where 2N is the number of traps.
