The phenomena of spatial and temporal echoes in a magnetized plasma with lower hybrid turbulence are investigated theoretically. The echo signal is a non-linear response of the plasma to two successive external perturbations of the plasma density. The information about the perturbations is conserved as undamped oscillations of the spectral density of lower hybrid plasmons while the density perturbations themselves are damped in the gas of plasmons because of resonant interaction. Analytical expressions for the shape of the echo signal are found. The possibility of using the considered phenomena to determine non-linear interaction characteristics of the lower hybrid plasmons is discussed.
