An analytic investigation is made of the conductive heat transport properties of a cold plasma blanket, where the heat conductivity has been increased by turbulence due to a current-convective instability. Explicit scaling laws are given for the width of the blanket as function of all relevant physical parameters. The effect on the heat transport of a constant particle flux is also investigated.
