Velocity dependent reaction losses in Fokker-Planck simulations of fusion plasmas

S. Pandimani, M.S. Kalra, K.S. Ram1996年Nuclear FusionIF 3出版社

A reaction loss model to calculate the depletion of fuel ions in fusion plasmas is presented. The proposed model is energy dependent and therefore the particle losses at different energies are calculated accurately. The Fokker-Planck equations have been solved, including the fusion reaction loss term, to simulate D-T plasmas. The suggested approach has also been compared with another model used elsewhere
