<P>The influence of the surface contamination of Langmuir probes on the determination of the parameters of a potassium plasma has been investigated experimentally with an indirectly heated probe. The surface effects that appear during the probe heating are discussed, and from these results data for a reliable operation mode of Langmuir probes will be deduced.</P>
ラングミュアプローブの表面汚染がカリウムプラズマのパラメータ決定に及ぼす影響を、間接加熱プローブを用いて実験的に調査した。プローブ加熱中に現れる表面効果について考察し、これらの結果からラングミュアプローブの信頼性の高い動作モードに関するデータを導出する。
