RF Heating of Plasma Report on the Fourth Topical Conference Austin, Texas, USA, 9–10 February 1981

The Fourth Topical Conference on RF Heating of Plasma was held 9–10 February 1981 at The University of Texas in Austin, Texas. The Conference, held this year with the sponsorship of The University of Texas, the US Department of Energy, the American Physical Society, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the Texas Atomic Energy Research Foundation,is a continuation of the series that started at Texas Tech University in 1972, the most recent previous meeting being held in 1978. In addition to the two-day Conference, a half-day Workshop on Antennas and Couplers was held on February 11.
