The Plasma Physics and Quantum Electronics Groups of the Institute of Physics held a two-day conference on "Laser-Produced Plasmas" on 17–18 April, 1973, at Ferens Hall, The University of Hull. The conference was attended by 120 people, including 16 foreign participants, reflecting the considerable interest in this subject.
物理学会のプラズマおよび量子エレクトロニクス部門は、1973年4月17日から18日にかけて、ハル大学のフェレンズ・ホールにて「レーザー生成プラズマ」に関する2日間の会議を開催した。この会議には120名が参加し、そのうち16名は海外からの参加者であり、このテーマに対する大きな関心が反映されていた。
