Energy containment time scaling in Tokamak H-modes

It is shown that the magnitude and scaling of the energy containment time observed in the recently discovered H-modes of Tokamak plasma containment are in reasonable agreement with existing scaling laws for the ion and electron containment times with the latter modified to include a dependence on electron temperature.
