The functions of external power injection on a Next Step tokamak and the ways to cover these functions are discussed. It is concluded that a combination of methods will be needed and that, before the selection of the systems to be used on the Next Step device, in addition to the ongoing research on tokamaks a consistent effort on system design and development must be made.
Next Stepトカマクにおける外部電力入射の機能と、これらの機能を実現する方法について考察する。複数の方法の組み合わせが必要であること、そしてNext Step装置で使用するシステムの選定に先立ち、トカマクに関する進行中の研究に加えて、システム設計に関する一貫した取り組みを行う必要があると結論づけられる。
