Hysteresis phenomena in plasmas in catastrophe theory

G Knorr1984年Plasma Physics and Controlled FusionIF 2.2出版社

Sudden jumps and hysteresis effects in plasmas which were observed recently are interpreted by means of a voltage-current characteristic with a negative resistance. The plasma behavior can be described as a cusp catastrophe.
