The magnetic field freezing in a moving plasma may manifest itself by the existence of the magnetic surfaces. A corollary arising from a known topological theorem on the toroidal surfaces was established and has shown that the magnetic surfaces must be toroidal and nested. The phenomenon of magnetic surfaces freezing give rise to a normal motion defined as a induced drift. Both of these properties require a finite plasma conductibility.
