An atomic-orbital close-coupling method is applied to Ne10+–H(1 s) and Ne10+–H(2 s) collisions to calculate the total electron capture cross-section, state-selective electron capture cross-section, and total ionization cross-section. Results are shown from 1 to 50 keV u−1 for the H(1 s) target and from 1 to 25 keV u−1 for the H(2 s) target. The present results for the H(1 s) target are overall in good agreement with other theoretical results. The results for the H(2 s) target are less reliable, but may be useful for future studies.
