Parametric stabilization of the interchange mode by ICRF in mirrors

Parametric stabilization of the interchange mode by a fast magnetosonic pump wave through the magnetosonic sideband is calculated. Explicit threshold conditions are obtained. It is shown that the mechanism is significant at high densities. No singularity is, however, obtained at ω0 = Ωi.
