The transport equations of heavy trace impurities in a toroidally rotating tokamak plasma have been studied analytically in the high-collisionality regime. It is found that the poloidal asymmetry of the impurity-density, which occurs because of the rotation, brings about a large enhancement of the diffusivity and of the pinch velocity above conventional Pfirsh-Schlüter values.
