The authors consider the theory of high-frequency electromagnetic wave scattering by the turbulent pulsations in a plasma contained by an external magnetic field. They analyse in detail the effects accompanying the scattering of waves in both inhomogeneous and homogeneous magnetoactive plasmas. The effects of quasi-elastic and diffusion scattering are also analysed. The possibilities of using calculated scattering effects for diagnosing the turbulent state of a plasma are discussed.
