The nonlinear induced scattering of waves at plasma particles and its influence on the dynamics of beam instability is investigated. Within a definite range of plasma parameters in which the scattering of the waves at the ions is important, the scattering cross section increases considerably. In this case the transfer associated with the scattering, of the waves generated by the beam to the non-resonance region of the spectrum may lead to stabilization of the beam instabilities, even when intense extraneous "noise" is absent. The corresponding stability criterion is obtained. When the waves are scattered only at the plasma electrons, stabilization of the beam instabilities is possible by extraneous noise of large amplitude in the nonresonance region of the spectrum; we determine the energy of such noise to obtain stabilization.
