The Fusion Technology Institute of the University of Wisconsin initiated and sponsored a symposium on D-3He fusion systems, held at Madison, WI. The purpose of the symposium was to bring together a small group (there were 18 invited participants at the meeting) of knowledgeable researchers to discuss the present status of thinking on such systems.
