The Second International Conference on Plasma Theory, organized by the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the Ukrainian SSR Academy of Sciences and the P.N. Lebedev Physics Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences with the support of the Scientific Council for Plasma Physics of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics, took place in Kiev from 28 October to 1 November 1974. The Organizing Committee for the Conference was presided over by Academician N.N. Bogolyubov.
第2回国際プラズマ理論会議は、ウクライナSSR科学アカデミー理論物理学研究所とソ連科学アカデミーP.N.レベデフ物理学研究所によって、ソ連科学アカデミープラズマ物理学科学評議会および国際純粋・応用物理学連合の支援のもと組織され、1974年10月28日から11月1日までキエフで開催された。本会議の組織委員会は、N.N.ボゴリューボフ院士が議長を務めた。
