The damping rate of the n = 1 toroidal Alfvén eigenmodes (TAE) mode in Ohmic-heated JET plasmas has been measured and compared with the prediction of the kinetic NOVA-K code, which includes electron and ion Landau damping of the global shear-Alfvén wave field, collisional damping, and radiative damping. It was found that the calculated damping rate is too small to account for the measured value under these experimental conditions. A relatively weak dependence of the damping rate on the normalized Larmor radius is observed experimentally.
n = 1トロイダル・アルフヴェン固有モード(TAE)モードの減衰率が、オーミック加熱JETプラズマにおいて測定され、大域的せん断アルフヴェン波動場に対する電子およびイオンのランダウ減衰、衝突減衰、放射減衰を含む運動論的NOVA-Kコードの予測と比較された。これらの実験条件下では、計算された減衰率は測定値を説明するには小さすぎることが見出された。減衰率の規格化ラーマー半径に対する依存性は、実験的には比較的弱いことが観測されている。
