High-Current Electron and Ion Beam Research and Technology (Report on the third international topical conference, Novosibirsk, USSR, 3-6 July 1979)

The Conference was organized by the Novosibirsk Institute of Nuclear Physics, with the support of the USSR Academy of Sciences. There were about 150 participants from the USSR, 38 from the USA, seven from Japan, six from France, four from Czechoslovakia, four from Federal Republic of Germany, and three from Poland. German Democratic Republic, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden were represented by one participant each. Two previous conferences of this series had been organized in the USA in 1975 and 1977.
