This paper is a study of plasma turbulence arising from magnetohydrodynamic drift instability. It deals with the derivation of equations of strong plasma turbulence from equations of two component magnetohydrodynamics by using a diagram technique. Based on these equations an estimate is carried out of the maximum value of the distribution function of the electric fields of the oscillations and the coefficient of turbulent plasma diffusion. For a more exact determination of these values and the shape of the distribution function, it is necessary to solve the system of equations numerically; therefore the system is transformed into a dimensionless form so that automatic computers can be applied.
